High Temperature Sensor for Cleaning Processes

 

E2EH-X Proximity Sensor

 

OCTOBER 22, 2007 (ASIA PACIFIC) - Specially targeted for use in the Food and Beverage Industries, E2EH High Temperature Sensors with increased sensing range (up to 12mm) are able to withstand high-temperature of up to 120°C.

 

Built with SUS316L stainless steel housing, E2EH resists typical detergents and disinfectants used in the Food Industry, which is certified by EcoLab.

 

Moreover, Omron carried out extensive quality in-house tests on sensors to simulate working condition under real applications and E2EH High Temperature Sensor proved to be reliable and durable. In addition, resistance to rusting is also greatly improved. The sensor’s performance and reliability are also enhanced with PBT sensing surface & heat-resistant PVC cable that meet the requirements of Food & Beverage Industries.

E2EH high temperature sensors are ideally applicable in Food Material Handling Process, CIP Cleaning Pipe Changer, Bottling Machines, Filling Machines, Bakery Ovens and many other applications that require wide temperature range of 0°C to 100°C.

With compliance to IP67 and IP69K, these sensors are water-resistant under high-temperature and high-pressure cleaning. E2EH high temperature sensor also complies with international standards, including CE, RoHS and EcoLab certified.
